At K-9 Village, we’re dedicated to providing the best for your canine companion. We offer a wide selection of natural food, treats, toys and much more specifically for dogs. You’ll also find premium supplements, grooming care items, stylish apparel, and various dog-related essentials.

Can I bring my pet into your store?

Absolutely! We love meeting all our four-legged friends! For the safety and enjoyment of all dogs in our facility, please keep your dog on a leash at all times, except when they are securely tethered in one of our self-wash tubs.

What food should I feed my Pet?

K-9 Village proudly carries many varieties of high-quality dog foods. The best food for your dog depends on their unique health needs. Our team members are highly knowledgeable about the nutritional value of every dog food we stock and are here to help you make an informed choice.

Can I return an unused and unopened item?

Yes! Our standard return policy allows returns up to 15 days for unopened, unused products. However, if more than 15 days have passed since your purchase and you have concerns about a defect, quality, or any other issue, please come in. We are committed to ensuring your 100% satisfaction and will do everything we can to resolve the concern.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging.

Shipping & delivery

Has my order been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided as soon as your order is registered in our system. Please note that this email may take up to an hour to arrive.

Once your order has been packaged and shipped from our warehouse, you’ll also receive a delivery confirmation email, which will include tracking information for your parcel.

I cannot order or find a product - What does this mean?

To ensure our fast delivery times for our dog-loving customers, you can only purchase products that are currently in stock. If you attempt to purchase more items than we have available, your order won’t proceed with the excess quantity, and the system will automatically adjust to the number of items we currently have in stock.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We recommend calling us for the fastest handling time.

Due to our commitment to quick delivery, your order begins processing almost immediately after it enters our system. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

Can I add a product to an order?

It is not possible to add or remove items from an existing order. However, you are welcome to place a new order, and we will adjust the shipping cost afterward.

Please contact our customer service team, and we will confirm if the change has been made.

Can I order by phone or email?

To safeguard your privacy and personal information, we cannot place orders on your behalf. We only accept orders placed directly through our website or app.

Payment

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Due to our commitment to fast delivery for your dog’s necessities, your order begins processing very quickly once it’s in our system. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to modify the address for you.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We partner with leading shipping suppliers to ensure fast deliveries of our dog products from our warehouse to your home. However, occasional delays can occur. If your order is delayed, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.

When will my order be sent?

We strive to ship all orders for your canine companions from our warehouse within one to two business days.

Where is my package?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation email.

What if I have not received my order?

If you haven’t received your K-9 Village order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team so we can help resolve the issue for you.

Return & refunds

What different forms of payment do you have?

At the moment, we exclusively accept Cash On Delivery (COD) for all purchases. This means you will pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your specified address. Please have the exact amount ready for the delivery person.

Where is my invoice?

Your invoice is always sent to the email address you provided during checkout. The invoice will be emailed to you once we have dispatched your dog’s order from our warehouse.

I am having an issue with paying at checkout.

If you encounter problems when ordering from our K-9 Village website or app, it might be due to using a payment method that we currently don’t support.
